This service allows authorized department representatives to electronically submit employee appointment forms for review and processing by Budget Office, Human Resources and Payroll.

The status and progress of each request is logged online and, in certain cases, communicated via email.

   What is Access Code?



If you are granted access to more than 1 department in eAppointments, you will have to select in the drop-down list below a department you want to work with.
When you need to access another department, you will have to log out from the system and log in again with the same ACCESS CODE but with a different department.

Confidentiality and Security
To ensure the confidentiality of your Access Code, the data entry fields are masked so that a bystander cannot view your entries. In addition, Access Code is stored in a secure databases in encrypted format. Since this is a Web/Internet application, your login and service transactions are encrypted using industry standard SSL encryption while traveling over the Internet to our servers - note the padlock icon when using the Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox browsers.
