PSYC 7231G Group Relations Issues in Organizational Psychology 45 hours; 3 credits Introduction to the major theoretical approaches to analysis of individual, group, and intergroup behavior in organizational settings. Participation in Tavistock small study group experiential sessions to facilitate deeper understanding of group dynamics, group development, and member roles in groups; promoting self-reflection, self-awareness, and feedback on individual behavior. Prerequisite: Permission of the graduate deputy chairperson.
