JUST 7706X The Canon and Masorah of the Hebrew Bible
30 hours plus conference; 3 credits
A study of the formation and closing of the biblical canon and of the transmission of the biblical text. Topics include the status of the Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha, and the history of the vocalization of Scripture.
