HNSC 7200X Seminar in Nutritional Practice
30 hours plus conference; 3 credits
Concepts and methods essential to the work of a practicing dietitian-nutritionist. Nutritional assessment, counseling, evaluation, management, instruction, organization, and health promotion techniques.
Prerequisite: completion of 30 credits in the MS Nutition program or 24 credits in the MA Community Heath (Foods and Health Equity) program.
Corequisite: Health and Nutrition Sciences 7202X.
