Examination of the organization, delivery and financing of health care in the United States as it pertains to the health policy-making process, including the organization of the agencies and personnel
constituting the health care system, and analysis of government structure, laws, and regulations.
Theoretical concepts, practice, and implementation of health programs in organized settings, including
the planning, administration, management, evaluation, and policy analysis of public health agencies
and private sector managed care.
