HNSC 2240 Food and Nutritional Microbiology

Microbial action on food, its influence on food safety, food quality and human health; interaction between dietary factors and the gut microbiome; medical nutrition therapy for microbial infection.

Prerequisites: BIOL1010 or BIOL 1002, HNSC 1200 or HNSC 2210, HNSC 2220, 2221
