Exploration of foods and foodways of diverse population groups. Examination of the effects of ethnic, geographic (including immigration), ecological and historic factors on foods and foodways. Writing intensive course.
Prerequisite: Health and Nutrition Sciences 1200 or 2210 Corequisite: Health and Nutrition Sciences 2223.
