FILM 7002G Screen Theories Inactive Course 60 hours; 3 credits Examination of major texts in classical and contemporary screen theories influenced by aesthetics, phenomenology, linguistics, narratology, psychoanalysis, and theories of subjectivity and difference. Prerequisite: Matriculation for the M.A. in Screen Studies, the M.F.A in Cinema Arts, or permission of the program director.
