Continues and expands on material taught in Business 3310, Corporate Financial Management. Topics covered include: capital structure, dividend policy, mergers and acquisitions, financial derivates, behavioral finance, international finance, bankruptcy and corporate restructuring.
Prerequisite: Finance 3310 [Business 3310].
