SEED 4200 Physiology of Exercise

3 hours lecture; 3 credits

Study of body systems and organs activated during physical activity with emphasis on metabolic, cardio respiratory, and body composition parameters. Laboratory experiences employing physiological principles during active participation in exercise are also included. A minimum grade of C is required of Physical Education majors for this course. Not open to students who have taken KINS 4200W.

Prerequisites: Declared Physical Education major, minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA
