SEED 3295 Motor Learning and Development

3 hours; 3 credits

Students gain knowledge of motor development and learning and principles. Topics include the processes of skilled motor performance and motor skill acquisition and human motor development from childhood through adolescence. Emphasis is on the practical application of concepts to the teaching of motor skills in P-12 school settings. A minimum grade of C is required for this course.

Prerequisites: Declared Physical Education major, Minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA
