PSYC 7236G Job Analysis and Employee Selection 45 hours; 3 credits This course will cover the following topics: job analysis, job description, job specification, job evaluation, assessment methods, employee screening, employee testing, employee recruitment, employee selection, employee placement. Includes legal issues in employment decisions as well as methodological considerations such as validity and reliability. Prerequisite: Psychology 7210 and 7241 and 7105.
