KORE 1020 Elementary Korean II 3 hours, 1 hour multimedia laboratory; 3 credits Second in a two-semester sequence. Expanded acquisition of phonetics and the Hangul writing system. Further development of verbal and written communicative skills and cultural awareness through extensive classroom interaction and a variety of multimedia materials. Designed to prepare students for KORE 1030. (Not open to heritage speakers.) Qualifies as a LOTE (Language Other Than English) course for Pathways College Option purposes.
