Overview of design and implementation of large-scale application concerns. Team-based software development methodologies, tools, and high-impact practice. Separation of
structure, style, and behavior. Interpreted and/or declarative languages, dynamic types, functional programming, prototypal classes, and closures. Networked machine communication. Simple database operations.
Prerequisite: Computer and Information Science 3130; 1115, or both of 1113 and 1114, or 1170, or 3115.
