FINC 7211X Financial Modeling 45 hours; 3 credits The course takes a hands-on approach to building financial models for the purpose of financial management and investment valuation. The major topics include portfolio theory, measurements of asset risk and return, asset pricing models and valuation. Students will use various software and real-world data to build financial models and graphically illustrate and explain their findings.
