MATH 3802 Introduction to Short-Term Actuarial Mathematics 4 hours, 4 credits An introduction to actuarial modeling: basic distributional quantities and measures of risk, characteristics of actuarial models, continuous and discrete models, frequency and severity with coverage modifications, aggregate loss models.
