FILM 3601 Sound Design 4 hours; 3 credits An introduction to sound design theory and practice. The complex interactions between dialogue, music, and effects as well as the aesthetic possibilities of sound will be explored. Prerequisite: Film *1101 [1], 1201 [40.1], 2601 [48], 2701 [55.1], 1301 [61]; or permission of the chairperson.
