THEA 3361 Projection Design for Theater and Live Performance 3 hours, 3 credits This course will introduce students to the broad field of projection and video design for theater and live performance. We will study early pioneers of video integration and look at some of the most innovative new work in the field today. Students will be introduced to the technical aspects of projection and video design for theater and through investigations and projects will develop an understanding of the role projection plays in theater and hone the skills necessary to create their own designs.
