PRLS 3304 Raciolinguistic Ideologies and Latinxs 3 hours; 3 credits Raciolinguistic ideologies, language ideologies, racialization and racial formation theory, linguistic profiling, language standardization, whiteness and Latinidad, anti-Blackness and Latinidad, the politics of language, linguistic racism/nativism and linguistic terrorism, racial stereotypes, anti-immigrant sentiment, ethnographies of race and language, Latinx Studies. This course is the same as Anthropology 3304.
