The four-year degree map is designed to help you take the right courses in the right order so you can graduate in four years. It also helps you distinguish what courses qualify as Pathways courses, or Major courses, or General Elective courses. Ideally, you should follow the four-year degree map as closely as possible, but you are free to make some adjustments so long as the prerequisite requirements are satisfied.

**Students must complete two of the following Technical Theater courses: THEA 2001, THEA 2201, THEA 2202, THEA 2310, THEA 2311, THEA 2312, THEA 2313, THEA 2320, THEA 3320, THEA 3321, THEA 3330, THEA 3331, THEA 3333, THEA 3340, THEA 3341, THEA 3351, THEA 4320, THEA 4330, THEA 4331, THEA 4340, THEA 4351, THEA 4701, THEA 4702, THEA 4703, THEA 4704, THEA 4705, THEA 4706.
***Students must complete additional Theater Electives from the following courses in order to earn at least 46 credits in the major: any additional THEA course, CLAS 3220, CMLT 3610, CMLT 3611, ENGL 3306, ENGL 3307, ENGL 3122, ENGL 3123, ENGL 3124, ENGL 3132, ENGL 3170.
In conjunction with the four-year degree map, you should review Degree Works, and the Brooklyn College website, for an approved list of courses in your major. Overall, it is best to review your degree map with your advisor on a regular basis.
