Your Access Code is a high-security password that allows access to privileged applications/services typically used by an area head or department chair, or their designee.

Your Access Code will allow you to access all systems and services that you are authorized to use. If you think that your Access Code should provide access to service, please contact the ITS Database Group (x5861) and they will direct you to the college office that "owns" the application and can provide access.

Access Codes must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one letter and at least one number. The Access Code is CASE SENSITIVE, so be careful how you enter your code and how you record it. Make sure your "Caps Lock" key is OFF when entering Access Code to avoid errors and confusion.

Since Access Codes can provide access to a variety of powerful and confidential systems, it is critical that you safeguard your Access Code and change it often. If you feel it has been lost or compromised, please change it immediately or contact the ITS Database Group to investigate (x5861).

If you forgot your Access Code or just want to change it, please do NOT contact ITS or HR right away! You must manage your Access Code yourself - please click on the link below. Make sure to read ALL instructions and explanations on the next page.
